I stumbled upon L&D Fitness on an ad on social media. I usually just scroll right by all the different fitness company ads, but this one caught my eye and they really seem to want to help people despite money. David is extremely friendly (and funny!), you’ll feel totally comfortable if you’re like me and have gut wrenching social anxiety. David gave me a 6 week work out plan, verbal/text motivation, a specific diet to follow which REALLY helps if you’re kitchen challenged lol. I’m just about finished with it, cheated a couple times (lol just being honest, it’s a tough change), but 16 pounds in 5 weeks so far and a HUGE change in my clothes is a tell tale sign that David knows what he’s talking about and all of his research has paid off. Now it’s so easy to think past cravings and make smart choices every time I reach for something. I could never repay you guys for the jumpstart I needed! Thank you!

Going to L&D has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my health journey. I started their 6 week transformation challenge and it has exceeded all of my expectations! From the consultation to the nutrition, accountability, and workouts i’ve felt so seen, heard, and valued. Coming into the challenge I was two months postpartum and was super nervous to work out. How Much Are The Memberships?

Memberships at Alana Life and Fitness vary depending on the individual.  Our transformation programs include group training, individual training, nutrition plans, open gym, recovery, and more!  Once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe, we will go over the price.

Do I Have To Have Experience To Workout At Alana Life & Fitness?

 Not at all! We work with beginners to advanced clients, guiding you every step of the way.

 Do I Have To Commit To A Long-Term Membership?

Absolutely not!  The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now.  12 and 24 month memberships are NOT member-centric and our health club/gym is all about our members and their success!

I Want To Get Into Amazing Shape, But I’m Scared To Get Started.  Help!

We got you.  We understand getting started is the hardest part.  We’ll take it one step at a time.  Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us.  No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it.  If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2.  No pressure, we’re coaches, and we’re here to help.
