Our Introduction Workshop Series is one of the ways Alana brings new types of fitness to exercise enthusiasts. We all have heard about the amazing benefits of cycling, but some of us have not had the opportunity to understand it from the basics.
So last January 24th, our very first Introduction to Cycling class was held at the Alana Cycling studio.
Our fabulous instructor Courtney taught us the different had positions, how to adjust our bike, and some awesome fat burning moves. At the end we Courteney led us through a fun and sweat dripping 30 minute cycling class.
